Over the past 8 years during my project management career, I have worked on numerous initiatives responsible for planning, organizing and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific goals.
The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project objectives while adhering to typical project constraints—scope, time and budget. The secondary—and more ambitious—challenge is to integrate feedback necessary to meet pre-defined objectives.
