Overseeing various departments (Development, Production, PMO, Design) within a large organization requires the proper software
to keep track of daily issues and resource alloaction. Through the usage fo JIRA and GREENHOPPER Agile pliguin tools, managing a healthy project backlog and creating custom workflows for unique environments is simple. Effective workflows allow teams to be collaborative, yet still gain the efficiencies of being independent as ownership across the team is clear.
Throughout the 8 years I have been using JIRA hands-on, i've applied the application to teams within to 3 major organizations and a wide range of different user groups including I.T., Customer Support, Advertising & Sales, Marketing, Design and Account teams. |
