ROLE: SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER / TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

The Nielsen Tradeshow 2008 initiative was an extreme undertaking, having 35+ tradeshow websites in various markets with different goals. The project exemplifies Business Process Improvement, as a completely new technical and content workflow was defined through a superior Content Management System, which was leveraged through Texas based Vendor, New Media Gateway.
The overall Project Roadmap included a complete RFP Process for both CMS platform / hosting as well as associated tradeshow technology, such as Exhibitor Lists, Ad Serving Capabilities and Social Networking opportunities for attendees and exhibitors to stay in contact 24/7 in the digital space.
Secondary objectives included establishing new, web 2.0 layout and design standards as well as working hands on with show directors, show marketers and division stakeholders to ensure brand integrity and overall Nielsen messaging.
